Need your advise

Hey ppl!
I am currently on a project to write a homepage for a doctor.
As usual I am not sure about the colors and the align, readability and so on.
So, I would love you guys to view the picture, its just this picture yet because I started with the concept art.
the a:hover will be the same color as the headlines and will be underlined. There is an arrow on the left side pointing at the active topic.
I hope you guys can help me
also the black frame is just for me, it will not show up in the final html
You can do the poll to make it easier for me to see if you like the colors or not.
Another thing would be the bottom part where there are a few black lines saying "Leistung 1" "Leistung 2" and so on. Under these lines there are other lines, saying "Zeile".
This is another menu and I thought about a little dropdown. So if you hover over the "Leistung 1" area, the grey text underneath drops down. I guess this would look quite fine.
