I try to cap as often as I can and we kill people while we move around the map, people have to defend the flag it's a role in ctf.

stone_castle_ctf_v1r1 is a good map for tactical 1on1 play. Swamp is brainless dm with 0s respawn time. I prefer swamp, but only because I'm lame. Real ctf players should prefer a map that is more difficult to master, e.g. stone castle or even evilspace.

Maybe go for 12 teams, 4 groups with 3 teams. Groupwinners advance to semi-finals.
Each team would at least play 2 matches. Total amount of matches (including grand final and battle for 3rd place) is 16. With 16 teams and single elimination knock out (as in dtg tournament) you get 16 matches too.
